Our thin sourdough pizza base is made with a natural starter and allowed to ferment slowly, to develop a light, tangy taste and a delicate, airy texture. The result is a beautifully crisp base that lets the toppings shine while offering a satisfying crunch in every bite. Naturally more digestible and free from additives, it’s the perfect foundation for a truly authentic pizza experience.


Spianata Calabrese
This spicy, mouthwatering salami comes straight from the sunny region of Calabria in Southern Italy. Made with top-quality pork and packed with fiery Calabrian chilies, it strikes the perfect balance of heat and savoury goodness. The slow curing process gives it a deep, rich flavor that brings the perfect kick to any pizza - plus it's gluten free!
Spianata Romana
This savoury salami is a classic from the heart of Rome, and is one of the oldest types of salami in the family of Roman delicatessen. It’s made with premium pork and aromatic seasonings, carefully cured to bring out its bold, irresistible flavour. This salami is also gluten and lactose free.


Prosciutto
Our Prosciutto is top-tier Italian cured pork, aged for at least 12 months to develop a rich, savoury flavour. Our prosciutto is not only delicious but also gluten and lactose-free - perfect for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.
'Nduja
Our San Vincenzo 'Nduja, straight from Calabria, is a soft, flavourful salami sausage made with premium pork, fiery Calabrian chilies, and a special blend of spices. When cooked, this spicy sausage crisps up perfectly, delivering a deliciously rich, smoky flavour with every bite.


Portobello Mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms are a hearty, flavourful mushroom with a meaty texture, perfectly complimenting many toppings. Portobellos bring the taste of Italy to our Yellowbelly pizza, and are also featured on the Capricciosa.
Menabrea
Birra Menabrea is the oldest working brewery in Italy, founded in 1846. This refreshing lager is brewed in Biella, nestled in the foothills of the Alps. This beer offers a beautifully balanced taste of malt, hops, fruit, floral notes, and a hint of citrus. Aged for 30 days in natural cave cellars, it’s brewed using bottom fermentation, giving it a smooth, refined flavour.


Angioletti Mela Rossa
This lightly sparkling Italian cider crafted from 100% fresh-pressed juice of red-skinned apples grown in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Produced using the Charmat method, also employed in Prosecco production, this medium-dry cider offers a crisp, refreshing taste with crunchy apple flavours and a delicate, refined finish.
La Di Motte Rosato
Trevenezie IGT Rosato La di Motte 2022 is a refreshing Italian rosé from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. With vibrant notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of citrus, it offers a soft, balanced taste, crisp acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish.
